Our process is simple, we focus on design and you our client.

Design

Your first conversation is important, we know that listening carefully at this stage to your ideas, thoughts and concerns is critical to understanding the approach to your specific Kitchen or joinery project. Our experienced designers are available to meet with you onsite at your home or in our design and selection centre. Once we have established your needs, we will then share our expert advice and collaborate with you to create an individual design.

If you have engaged an Architect or Interior Designer for your project, our designers have over 25 year's experience in the kitchen & joinery industry and are confident to work with them on your behalf. So if you're looking for a designer who will be available to meet onsite with your builder to go over the finer details, sure we'd love too.

Selection

Once you have chosen to work with us, and the functional design has been established, we will invite you to our Design centre for a selection meeting. You will meet with your designer to finalise colour choices and selections. We have designed this space for you to touch, feel, open and close, to explore the latest in designer storage solutions.

You will see soft close drawer systems, amazing pull out pantries and many different internal hardware options. We have options on display for your bench top depending on your preference and price range. You can also consider the other finishing touches like splashbacks, handles and lighting. This is where the story gets exciting.

Custom Made

State of the art technology is used in our office and factory so you can be assured that the design you are after is delivered, with all the fine details.We attend site meetings and ensure clear communication is maintained to meet the brief for your project. Unlike our competitors who may simply sign you up and then leave you to manage the rest of the details, we are here to help. We can take care of as little or as much as you'd like. The beauty to working with a custom joinery company is that there is no cookie cutter joinery here...it can be as individual as you are.

Installation by us

Our qualified installers are employed by Kitchens for Living, they're not sub-contractors. What does this mean for you? It means they care. They are part of the team every week, they don't pop in and out, they come here to our base and work alongside the tradesmen who are building your joinery. They have a place with us and your project is important to all of us here at Kitchens for Living. If you have engaged other trades or have a project manager onsite, our team are comfortable to work alongside them ensuring a good working relationship is maintained.

Personalised Service

We know it's hard to keep up with all the activity when you're planning or completing a project so we have a dedicated client manager who will keep you in the loop! Being available to answer your questions or find answers for you is important and we want you to know that no question is too small. We pride ourselves on making sure you know who will be onsite and whats happening every step of the way. If you have engaged an interior designer or architect, great! We like making new friends and are happy to meet with them at a time that suits you.
